A practical, parent-friendly course on using music, rhythm, and sound to support emotional regulation, language growth, bonding, sleep, and sensory development in babies and toddlers. Purpose: This mini course teaches caregivers how to intentionally use music, rhythm, lullabies, white noise, environmental sounds, and movement-based sound play to support healthy development from newborn to age 2. Caregivers will learn what to use, when to use it, how to use it safely, and how to build sound-based routines that calm, engage, or support growth.
