Whether you employ a full-time nanny, part-time nanny, or are exploring nanny services in Dubai, this comprehensive course ensures your nanny is educated, prepared, and capable of providing the highest standards of childcare. Held over 3 full days and developed by an experienced and award-winning nurse educator, our comprehensive modular training includes: Professional role & expectations – respectful care, communication & daily reporting including professional reflection & ethics – resilience, boundaries & emotional intelligence - First aid awareness – CPR, choking, burns, fevers & allergy emergencies - Feeding babies – sterilisation, supporting breastfeeding, formula preparation, feeding cues & paced feeding - Starting solids & nutrition – safe weaning, allergens, meal planning & picky eaters. - Cleaning & housework – safe cleaning routines, kitchen hygiene, food safety & allergies - Child development & play – milestones, theories, structured & sensory/open ended play including behaviour & guidance – positive reinforcement, routines, conflict resolution - Technology in childcare – safe apps, screen time guidance, communication tools - Sleep – safe environments, routines, strategies, naps & common issues - Hygiene & personal care – bathing, diapering, skincare, cord care, autonomy & consent, including hand hygiene assessment– correct technique, use of sanitiser, infection prevention Nannies will participate in practical demonstrations, role play, and assessments during our 24 hours of contact teaching time to ensure maximum learning exposure, as well as continued education & support through our virtual, moderated Nanny community. Both parents & Nannies receive post-course feedback, highlighting their strengths and areas for development. Developed & taught in collaboration with leading professionals in their field, we ensure that your Nanny has experienced, qualified educators and guidance throughout. All instructors have worked with many care professionals (and families) for whom English is not their first language. Training is extremely interactive, with comprehension and understanding observed and checked throughout.
