Notes

Store air tight container in cool room for long lasting use.

Benefits:

  • Toddlers can learn a lot from getting their hands dirty - A great tactile experience.

  • This activity will also help create some colorful memories and refine their fine motor skills.

Ways to adapt:

  • Place in one big bowl or separate bowls.

  • Add tools for them to scoop and sort.

  • Add additional objects to color match.

  • Add the oats to a water bottle and create a rainbow shaker

Top Tip:

As these are edible why not create rainbow oats for breakfast - great for fuzzy eaters. (I brought honey oats to add to the taste) The oats can also be backed and make funny yummy snacks.
